We are seeking an experienced and proactive Solicitor, FCILEx, Licensed Conveyancer, or Property Fee Earner to join our successful property department. In this role, you will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, ensuring the highest client care and compliance standards are upheld.

About the role

  • Handling a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
  • Conducting title investigations and resolving legal issues promptly.
  • Liaising effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties to progress transactions.
  • Ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met throughout the transaction process.
  • Actively contributing to the growth and reputation of the conveyancing team.
Work from our Burnley or Preston offices, with flexible hours and homeworking options available.
