Asfand has 10 years’ of experience working in law and joined Southerns in 2022, where he initially specialised in Conveyancing and Post Completion. He qualified as a Solicitor in March 2024 and subsequently transitioned into working within the Crime department.
Read MoreAsfand began his legal career after completing his Law Degree at UCLAN in 2016. He later graduated from UCLAN Lancashire Law School in 2020 with a Master of Laws and Legal Practice Course (LPC), before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2024.
Asfand recently qualified as a Duty Solicitor for the Burnley area after successfully completing the Police Station Representative Accreditation Scheme (PSRAS) and Magistrates’ Court Qualification (MCQ), further strengthening our Criminal Defence team.
Outside of work, Asfand runs a Sunday League football team, Mavericks FC and is a passionate Arsenal FC supporter, often found watching the matches. He is also the proud owner of an adorable cat named Mimi.
