Debbie joined the team at Southerns in August 2025 as a Legal Assistant in our Residential Conveyancing & Property Department. She has more than nine years’ experience in the conveyancing sector and plays an important role in supporting clients throughout their property transactions.
Read MoreAs part of the Conveyancing team, Debbie is responsible for opening new files, preparing quotations, welcoming and meeting new clients to go through client care documentation, carrying out AML checks, preparing mortgage reports, ordering searches, drafting contract packs, and liaising with clients and estate agents throughout the process.
Debbie takes pride in making sure clients are kept fully informed about their conveyancing matters. She is committed to providing clear communication and regular updates, helping clients feel supported and reassured at every stage of their move.
