James joined Southerns in 2025 with 19 years of experience in Residential Conveyancing.
James studied law at Bristol University before moving on to specialise in Residential Conveyancing. He advises on all aspects of property law and has particular expertise in new-build developments and probate property transactions. James is passionate about providing legal advice and support to individuals which has a real and tangible benefit to them.
