Jannine has over 20 years of experience within the industry, starting her career back in 2004 after she finished her A levels, she went straight in to working at another local Solicitor’s firm.
She joined Southerns in 2008 and spent 12 years working as the secretary in our mental health department. Her role then changed in 2020 to the Executive Personal Assistant to Rachel Eastham, Director.
In 2026 Jannine joined our busy Court of Protection department and provides assistance to the Solicitors and representatives in that department.

In her free time Jannine enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is also a big reader and loves nothing more than sitting down after a busy day in the office and getting lost in a good book. As a music lover, she is also hoping to start learning the piano in 2026.
