Kiera Shaw joined Southerns Solicitors in 2025 as Degree Apprentice after a successful work placement programme. Kiera will learn and gain hands on experience on the job with her role at Southerns, as well as studying Law at the University of Lancashire.

After joining us for work placement in 2024 and successfully achieving an A* in her Law A-Level at Burnley College, she decided to start her legal career here at Southerns Solicitors.
Since joining us, she has helped out in the crime and inquests department, and has even had the chance to sit in on an inquest and see the process first hand.
Outside of work, she enjoys music and attending concerts, holidays & riding horses.
