Laurie joined us as a Solicitor at Southerns in 2024 but had been working in law for 6 and a half years before this. She specialises in representing mental health clients in Tribunal and Hospital Managers Hearings.

In her career, she has managed to get a client discharged from an acute ward who was pending transfer to a medium secure unit!
However, she says a highlight in her career would be achieving various accreditations including mental health, police station and duty solicitor. In her free time, she loves baking and reading.
