Leanne joined us at Southerns in 2021 but before this she was a qualified Independent Advocate for 5 years supporting individuals to voice their wishes and feelings within the Blackpool area. Her favourite thing about her role currently is each day and case is different. She loves the variety of people she meets on a day-to-day basis, people come from all walks of life.

Before beginning her career in law, she spent time working within her family businesses (a hotel in Blackpool, a sports and social club and several rental properties) she had the opportunity to plan and organise numerous weddings and events.
Outside of work she loves to keep active by going to the gym every morning, setting her up for the day ahead. Leanne says she enjoys spending time with friends and family and has recently found a new love for walking, you can’t beat putting your boots on and taking a long walk. She got married in 2016 in Portugal, and they have always said they would love to buy a property over there!
