Rebecca joined the Private Client department here at Southerns in April 2026 and brings over 7 years of experience in the legal sector.
She started her legal career back in 2012 at the University of Reading before completing her LPC and LLM at BPP Manchester. Rebecca started as a Paralegal in 2018 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2022, she specialises in Wills, LPAs, Probate matters and Trusts.
What do you love most about your career?
“Being able to help people during their most difficult life events, taking some of the stress away so that they have room to grieve.”
In her free time she enjoys to travel, especially city breaks exploring new places with just her backpack. She also has a LEGO mascot ‘mini me’ that she takes on trips with her to feature in all of her travel photos.
Rebecca also spends a lot of time helping with the planning and running of the Great British Rhythm and Blues Festival hosted in Colne every August through an organisation called Colne Blues Society. She does all the photography and graphic design for the organisation and gets to photograph some of the biggest artists in Blues – which is amazing!
Alongside being a qualified Rugby Union Coach and Referee.
