Court of Protection Solicitor or Paralegal

An exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded team handling a wide range of Court of Protection matters. The role involves drafting, advocacy preparation, client engagement, and regular attendance at court and professional meetings. Suitable for those with previous Court of Protection experience or transferable skills from areas such as mental health or community care. Flexible working options and excellent career progression are available.

Accounts Assistant

This busy, hands-on role involves supporting the finance function with day-to-day accounts tasks including managing disbursements, processing payments, handling petty cash, billing, and Legal Aid admin. It also includes ledger transfers, client account monitoring, and supplier queries. An ideal opportunity for someone with accounts experience, advantageous if within the legal sector, looking to grow within a fast-paced legal environment, with exposure to both client and office-side accounts operations.

Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

This position involves supporting the conveyancing team across a full range of property transactions, including preparing legal documents, handling searches, liaising with third parties, and progressing files from instruction to completion. The role offers the chance to be involved in high-quality residential property work while gaining exposure to the full conveyancing process. Prior experience in a similar role is required, and with opportunity for career development, including a potential progression to a training contract.

Private Client Paralegal

This role supports the delivery of private client services across Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate administration, and Court of Protection matters. Responsibilities include file management, drafting documentation, liaising with executors, trustees, and clients, and assisting with the financial affairs of elderly or vulnerable individuals. The position offers a varied workload within a collaborative team environment, ideal for candidates with previous experience in private client work or those looking to build on a legal background.

Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

A key role within the conveyancing team managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Responsibilities include file progression from instruction through to completion, drafting and reviewing legal documents, title investigations, and regular contact with clients and third parties. Suitable for a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or experienced fee earner looking to join a supportive, well-established team with flexibility and room to grow.
